End-grain Cutting Boards

End-grain boards are made with the wood fibers standing on end, so a knife slips between them instead of cutting across them. That keeps your blades sharper longer, lets the surface close back up after each cut, and makes for a tough, stable board that serious cooks love.

Built in-house by our craftsmen, each board has chamfered edges for a soft, smooth feel, silicone feet to keep it from slipping, and our own beeswax and mineral oil finish. Our Board Butter, sold separately, keeps it looking its best.
