Every rack we make is custom to its truck. Each part follows that truck's own lean angles and bed rail details, so the rack looks like it came with the truck: a sporty, low profile with all of the function of a heavy-duty rack. It's built around two things: forklift access, so heavy loads go straight into the bed, and removable crossbars that lift out of their cups whenever you need the bed open. We weld it, powder coat it in your color and install it on your truck at our shop.
Weld-it-yourself kit
For fabricators: every part is tabbed, labeled and cut to fit, so the rack goes together easily, the frame locating itself joint by joint. It comes with the hand-rolled flat bars, pressed crossbar cups and step-by-step build instructions. Plate parts are cut from P&O (pickled and oiled) steel, so there's no mill scale to grind off before welding. The parts ship from our cutter and from our shop; you weld and coat it.
Kits must be welded by a qualified welder, following our instructions. The rated load applies only to racks built and installed that way; inspect the welds and fasteners regularly.
