This project was a major transformation of our clients' master suite. We clad one wall of the master bedroom with antique, reclaimed barn siding, mixing pieces with multiple levels of weathering to create a natural, rustic feel. The existing open doorway into the master bath was framed with reclaimed, hand-hewn barn beams. The sliding barn doors were built from reclaimed oak, with custom hardware fabricated in-house, and treated with ferric nitrate to create a rusted, antique appearance that matches the natural patina of the reclaimed wood.
